Approved by Eurasian Economic Commission Council Resolution dated April 18, 2018, No. 44 1. This document is developed to implement the provisions of article 5 of Protocol on technical regulation within the Eurasian Economic Union (Appendix N 9 to Treaty on the Eurasian Economic Union dated May 29 2014 (hereinafter referred to - Treaty)), and used in the development and application of technical regulations of the Eurasian economic union (technical regulations of the Customs Union) (hereinafter referred to as technical regulations, the Union) and establishes standard schemes for the assessment of conformity of products or product-related design processes (including survey), manufacturing, construction, installation, adjustment, operation, storage, transportation, sale and disposal (hereinafter referred to products) with the technical regulations requirements. 2. This document contains standard conformity assessment schemes (standard certification schemes and standard conformity declaration schemes) and standard state registration schemes. 3. Forms, schemes and procedures for assessing product conformity are established in the technical regulations taking into account the requirements of this document. |
