New Russian standard for offshore oil and gas field structures

A new Russian standard GOST R 58772-2019 "Petroleum and natural gas industry. Offshore oil and gas field structures. Marine operations" will come into force on September 1, 2020.
This standard establishes requirements for the planning, design and conduct of offshore operations with offshore oil and gas production facilities installed on the continental shelf (including in ice-covered waters), in inland sea waters, in the territorial sea, the contiguous zone of the Russian Federation and in the Russian sector of Caspian Sea.
The standard is modified in relation to the standard ISO 19901-6:2009.
