This technical regulation establishes in the common customs territory of the Customs Union uniform mandatory requirements for application and execution of gas-fueled apparatuses (hereinafter referred to as gas-using equipment) in order to ensure free movement of gas-using equipment put into circulation in the single customs territory of the Customs Union. If other technical regulations of the Customs Union that establish requirements for gas-using equipment that differ from those of this technical regulation are adopted for gas-powered equipment, gas-powered equipment must comply with the requirements of these technical regulations of the Customs Union, which apply to it. |
