Description
|
The present Federal Law defines the legal, economical, and social fundamentals of ensuring safe operation of hazardous industrial facilities and is intended to prevent accidents at hazardous industrial facilities and provides for the readiness of organizations, legal entities and self-employed entrepreneurs operating hazardous industrial facilities (hereinafter referred to as organization operating hazardous industrial facilities also) to localize and eliminate the consequences of the above-mentioned accidents. Provisions of the present Federal Law shall apply to all organizations regardless of their legal and organizational type and forms of ownership engaged in activities in the sphere of industrial safety of hazardous industrial facilities on the territory of the Russian Federation or on other territories under jurisdiction of the Russian Federation in compliance with the legislation of the Russian Federation and regulations of the International Law. |
